Eligible: If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the products can be returned within 24 hrs after delivery. It should be returned unused with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that there are videos and other items which cannot be returned such as perishable goods, personalized products or final sale.

Return Shipping: Buyer pays for return shipping unless the reason is an error on our part (for example, wrong item, damaged product) If you send back your parcel, we advise using a track able shipping method as it is easier for us to trace.

After successfully returned an item in its original condition, we will refund you within 7 working days; All money will be refunded back to the source of payment.
